第一天满身大汗进淋浴室洗完澡，没有热水只能穿上衣服通知前台。告知马上修，等了4小时总算来热水了，但水小得像小孩子的泪水。第二个人洗到一半又没热水了。想着刚修好水量比较少，加之太晚了就没有再通知。第二天又重复前一天，衣服脱了没热水，再通知，说10分钟就好。等了一𠆤多小时毫无反应。再次通知同意换房间。但是，第二个房间空调又是坏的。前台的服务态度还是很好的。但是，整个住宿经历实在不尽人意。

Beautiful facilities. Friendly Staff. Excellent food. Quiet and relaxing. Enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding and Bioluminescence boat excursion. Watched the monkeys and saw some rays.
