Mesmerising in their professionalism, friendliness and efficiency. There are cosy places to sit downstairs. The food is fabulous, the setting wonderful, the general "vibe" is uniquely accessible to all. The room was delightful; very comfortable without being ostentatious. All of it is immaculately clean and well (but discreetly) serviced. If I could, I would stay here every year.
