We loved the entire place build like castels from stones, where you can feel like a prince and rhe princess. The prise is a bit solty for this area but you wont regret it booking it. Food is good, rooms are clean. Stuff is nice, but be prepared to hand talk or wait someone to speak english or learn your self basics in arabic, that should do the trick! We had an amazing time even we only slept there for 1 night. And we were sorry that we did not stay. Tottaly planing to come back for shure. Next time im coming with my son <3

Located in Kafr ‘Amr, Kamariat Tunis Bay provides a garden and terrace. There's a restaurant serving Middle Eastern cuisine, and free private parking is available. I was hesitating regarding the previous guest comments but staying at Kamariat exceeded my expectations. I don't understand how anyone could bad-rank this charming and authentic place. For your information it was the first one build on the coast in the 80s, all the other commercials resorts (and cheap IHMO) are copy of this one. I'm sad for those who bad-rank this place, it means a lot about their way of living... Yes, it is not a 5 stars palace like in Dubai or Abu Dhabi (and thanks god it is not !!!). For those who likes this kind of standards, please go there and stay away from the Tunis Bay. Kamariat is authentic, staff is more than gentle. I had a great time talking with Tarek who had very cleaver points of views. My comment is the voice of those who like living, traveling, like nature, like culture and like people. Don't listen to other comments, it is just noise. The staff can organize for you trip to different places like Wadi Hitan or Wadi El Rayan. I did it in one day. I stay there also for diner, and it was also excellent... If you are a hipster, trendy cool guy citizen of the world, this place for you. If you are a third-world-new-rich, stay in Dubai, thanks.

The villa was so clean and cozy , the owner was so helpful he's taking care of every detail, he gave me a lot of info about the markets and restaurants nearby and the activities , everything was perfect for a family vacation , the villa is only 1 minute walk from the lake but you can also see the lake from the balcony, I highly recommend going there.

I traveled with my sister and cousin and our children. We all had an amazing time. The villa is beautiful and the view is spectacular. Saleh, who is the property manager, was so helpful. He took care of everything and anything we needed. He even helped us plan our activities. We would have loved to stay longer. Hope to come back soon!
