On our first visit, we arrived in the middle of the night after a very long flight and got a very nice welcome. This was very appreciated. The hotel is very clean and very comfortable. The rooms are beautifully decorated and a pleasure to stay in. The bathrooms are excellent. The breakfast is quite good, and evening meals are available upon request. Ask for the Egyptian menu for the yummiest food. We enjoyed several delicious meals up on the rooftop terrace... with its view if the Pyramids. This is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff give it some real heart and soul. We liked it so much we stayed 3 times in October 2023. We loved it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
