One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff were very nice and helpful. Our room was beautiful housekeeping making cute shapes with towels. Staff were always polite.. Thank you.

Unmatched location in Suez. The room was excellent. There was a parking behind the hotel. I will stay there again.

Facing the beachfront, Tolip Resort El Galala Hills offers 5-star accommodation in Ain Sokhna and has a bar, shared lounge and garden. Every thing.. the room is super spacious and clean with a great atmosphere and view, very luxurious and comfortable breakfast and dinner buffets do have much variety with nice display. I liked the idea of pre-loaded movies on the television. It is the perfect place to chill and free your mind.

Located in Ain El-Sokhna, Tolip Resort El Galala Majestic offers 5-star resort overlooking the Red Sea and El-Galala Plateau. The staff was amazing , specially the house keeping mr.ahmed saeid who responsible for the 4th floor , room 1416 . He is awesome .

Calm and beautiful place that's perfect if you want to escape the liveliness of big cities. The location is a bit secluded but relatively close to Cairo and the hotel staff helped us to find a transfer to Alexandria airport at the end of our stay. Definitely can recommend!

Situated in Ain Sokhna, 34 km from Suez Canal, Elite Residence & Aqua Park boasts a restaurant. firstly, their customer service is really good, including talking to them before arrival and at the time of booking and whilst we were there. they were really supportive, helpful and understanding. secondly, their hotel is very clean. thirdly, their buffet for breakfast and dinner has a variety of delicious food and is well prepared and the staff at the restaurant were very kind and welcoming too just like all the staff in the hotel. fourthly, we really enjoyed using the indoor pool as it was heated and it was good to use during winter. hope they can arrange to start heating the outdoor pools too. I know most hotels don’t offer this service but their cleanliness and pest control was to the best. their beach is clean and sandy too and they also provide water sports too such as jet ski. Waleed has tried his best in arranging for us to check in early and we were really happy with him and the other staff. Their customer service is one of the best. They have welcomed us really well and were very polite. I will look forward in visiting the same hotel again soon. We’ve informed family about this hotel too and will inform friends too thank you very much for your service.
