The room was extremely clean and spacious. Bed was very big and comfortable and had two different pillows to choose from. Shower was also spacious and with good water pressure. Room has a small refrigerator, TV, small table with two chairs, shelves and hangers to store clothes, steam iron and hair dryer. Location is also very good.

The location was amazing, story tale worthy, in the quaintest town, surrounded by hills. The kind of place you would expect Don Quijote to pull up in the main square. The place itself was amazingly renovated, in an old fortress/palace with its own church. The breakfast was delicious, but most remarkable was the owner. Although he doesn't speak fluent English, he is the extremely gracious and kind, he accommodated our late arrival, had someone on hand to greet us in English, brought us a platter of fruit on the house in place of dinner since we arrived almost at midnight. He also allowed us to see the crypt underneath the church, a cool experience for my teen son. I wish we could have stayed longer.

A special thank you to Jesús and Lorena, who were so sweet and accommodating. Truly the best experience and hotel stay we’ve had on our entire Spain adventure! Highly recommended. The town had an amazing restaurant ran by a sweet family! Very dog friendly with lots of places to take her out and explore. The breakfast was over the moon amazing. Way too much food with homemade jams and pastries. An absolute 5-star experience! ❤️

    It had everything we needed and the lady checking us in was so nice. We arrived on Sunday so there were no food services, but the grocery store was open. We got supplies for dinner and breakfast. The showers were clean and the water was good! It was a great stay!

    Very nice hotel with a great breakfast. It was very convenient to take the bus to downtown Pamplona. One of the best things about this was that it was easy to drive to and park, and then it was easy to take the bus into town.

    Pamplona is a beautiful old town but in can be done in a day . One or two nights is sufficient unless you have a car to be able to visit surroundings or you are there during the festival . However, hotel prices are likely to be sky high during the running of the bulls The Navarra museum was almost completely closed. Only a few rooms were open Excellent laundrettes in the town

    After 6 days of passing through very small towns on the Camino Aragones, Puente la Reina had a nice buzz and plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants. There were some lovely churches and old buildings and of course the 11th century bridge is beautiful and a stunning historic monument.

    Olite is a very charming and unspoiled by tourism. The attraction in this town is the castle, which is spectacular. There are a few churches that are quite historic. Don't expect a lot of shops and bustling. The main plaza empties out at 8 pm. if you want to visit a vineyard make an appointment because they are not open to the public.

    The receptionist (man) spoke ZERO English and the website states a washer is available for pilgrims which is super important but he advised us that was NOT the case. Hotel restaurant was just OK, not a lot of options and limited hours

    Beautiful city and people.

    Beautiful city and people. It is a Jewel in Camino de Santiago. The best is just walk through the streets and get lost finding all amazing historical treasures this city offers. From its magnificent Church of Santa María (with so many treasures including the burial of Cesra Borgia), but with its amazing welcoming flare, wee you can find a place to sit to pray, admire or just have a moment of solace and peace. The Plaza Mayor, the old Walls and Church, the Monastery, the houses and their balconies, the restaurants and the vibrant life in the Calle Mayor.

    Amazing place to stay if you are looking for quietness and good rest. Great food around and the staff are so nice. Angel was kind and take the time to explain and recommend places. He is lovely and the place is spotless. Also one of the best mattress I sleep on in ages. Thank you for having us.

    Excellent staff. Reception was so willing to help with locating historic areas in hotel and even telling us where we could get an early coffee before we starting early on the Camino. Room very clean comfortable and quiet.

    Pamplona is a well kept secret - so much more to offer than evading the jeopardy of a stampeding bull run! The historic centre has all the charm and architectural interest you'd find in Italy or neighbouring France - with a food scene to match. We enjoyed the best pintxos of our trip of the Basque region in the cobbled streets of Pamplona at Bar Amatxo - even compared with the more 'gastronimic' San Sebastian. I don't think you could go too far wrong in any of the restaurants or bars, but the experience at Katuzarra was sublime - probably the finest beef flllet I've ever tasted.
