We were treated like valued and appreciated guests by the staff from the moment of our arrival by rental car at the curbside in front of the main door of the hotel. Our requests and needs were met with courteous efficiency. Meals were very good. Service excellent. Decor recent and higher end than expected. Pleasant and relaxing. One street crossing to get to main old town in central Chartres. Splendid antique elevator for only 2 petite persons at a time. Beds and bathrooms recently updated.…
