She waited for us at the ferry port and drove us to the apartment as well as gave us a lift when we were changing locations and was available during the entire stay. As soon as we arrived we got welcomed by Sandra which accepted to hold our luggage even if the apartment wasn't ready yet. When the apartment was ready she showed us around and gave us some tips on moving on the island. We also got a complimentary bottle of local wine. The apartement is amazing with a big balcony looking over the sea of Polace. One of the rooms and the living room are connected to this balcony. After the checkout the owner accepted to keep our luggage until we left by ferry in the evening. Thank you!

This was a lovely property that’s surrounded by various fruit trees, gardens and plants. It’s steps from a walk-in beach and few minutes walk to “town” where you can arrange for any activities or day trips. It’s is a nice bay and had several private boats morning and docking. Room was comfortable for two of us and had a nice balcony to bring in the sea air. or sit outside. There was a full size common kitchen. right outside our room. There are steps down to property from the road. We were there in off season and restaurants seemed to cater to boaters and some only accepted cash.

Babino Polje
The apartment interior was very comfy and styled Mediteranean rustical. At arrival the apartment was very clean and we had everything we needed. Our cat enjoyed her stay there too. The location is also on point. There was a Tommy store close to us. Since Babino Polje is located in the middle of the island, you're not far away from any of the tourist attractions. The owner was also easy to reach, very friendly and happy to offer us suggestions on what to visit on Mljet island.

We loved Mia’s hospitality and our stay on Mljet island. Mia was so kind to us and prepared some wine and appetizers to welcome us. She was also very helpful. The apartment has a great view on the sea. If you are looking for calm and place close to nature - it’s the best spot! We are sure that we will come back to this amazing place!
The location is indisputable. The only hotel on the Mljet Island, inside the National Park and on walking distance to the lakes - difficult to beat. The staff was excellent. Hotel beach was good and well maintained. And that's more or less everything that it is positive here.

The location is great, besides velike saplunara beach. The restaurant below and supermarket above make life easier, especially when with kids. The staff was great and even provided us with a small stove, which helped us a lot with feeding the children.

Beautiful room with everything you need, extremely tidy and clean and the hosts are super caring and welcoming! I couldn't recommend more having the dinner they offer with vegetables from the garden and fish from the day, the most tasteful I had in any of the islands!
