We actually stayed at The Phoenix, as the Sun Beam was full when we arrived. We had a mix-up but it worked out great. The owner of the Sun Beam made arrangements for us to stay a few doors down at another Bed and Breakfast that was absolutely delightful. The Sun Beam was very charming and clean and friendly and I would be pleased to stay there. The Phoenix was absolutely wonderful as well. The food was great, the rooms were really clean - newly renovated and very mindful of presentation.…
