One of our favorite hotels! It's like a homestead in a coniferous forest on top of a hill. We love coming here in winter when the fireplace is lit in the lobby and you sit in a comfortable chair and look at the fire with a cup of tea or coffee. Large comfortable rooms, an amazing breakfast with a wide variety of options, a quality fitness room and an excellent spa. Cleanliness, comfort and excellent service.

The cabins and location are beautiful. The cabin was very clean when we arrived and cleaned on a daily basis. The breakfast was delicious. The hot tub in the room was very nice. It was cold in the area and the heater worked very well.

The room was very big. The pool was big and the jacuzzi was great. There is a box of "Incase you forgot" which was really thoughtful. They hid chocolate around the room which was really fun. The shower is big with two shower heads so no one was cold. There is also a place to wash next to the jacuzzi and pool.

Breakfast was excellent. Very good service. Many waiters all smiling and happy to offer us more drinks/cheese/dessert. They were all fantastic. Keep it up! Also the front desk person who checked us in (David - I think or Daniel?). He was wonderful. Very helpful extremely sweet and caring. He called us a cab and made sure we did not miss it. He also made sure we were comfortable in our room multiple times. He is a fantastic employee and you should make sure to credit him for our enjoyable stay!

Also, we loved the atmosphere and the live music in the evening. Room was clean, beautiful and comfortable. Perfect stay, I would love to return!
