The staff is very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The pool is awesome and territory of the hotel is very green and cozy. We stayed for less than day to recharge from our previous adventures before we go to the airport. Unbelievable how fast you can to the airport from a private and quiet place like this (under 10min). Definitely recommending this hotel to all other travellers.

We highly recommend the Wood Castle! The family running it is super nice and helpful. The mother cooked delicious and generous breakfasts and it was nice to have a chat with the father during breakfast. The son helped us find and arrange activities in the region and was very helpful and kind. The building is also very charming and the rooms comfortable.

The view was exceptional. When there was a buffet the food was tasty, but the buffet depends on number of residents. The restaurant staff were so sweet they gave me a beautiful welcoming cake. Hasha from reception was very sweet too🤍

It is a real gem, it is an real antique museum. The owner explained that he dedicated his life to this hotel and you can see this in the finest details around. Also he is great person whom you can address with all your questions. Staff is on a highest level. Restaurant is one of the best in the town. Area is very cozy and communicative. I do hope to return there for another great experience!

It's easy to get a ride into the city for dinner and Jackson helped us get dropped where we wanted to go too. Breakfast was incredible, both the indian and western option, delicious! And value for money is really worth it! Super spot!

Although it is a bit difficult to get there, then you really appreciate the view and peace. The staff was amazing, always ready to help. The room was huge and very clean, beautifully decorated, very homely ambience. Great food in the restaurant, good choice of Indian and European cuisine. If we go back to Thekkady, we will definitely choose this hotel to stay.
