Everything was absolutly to our satisfaction. We were even allowed to put our motor cycles into the garage. Thanks to the staff - they were all very friedly, smiling and welcoming. We felt very comfortable. As I asked, if the water in the room can be used, the lady said yes but gave me directly there some water, I did not have to walk back to the room. Very attentive. Thanks again. If we come back to Livigno, we would prefer to stay at your hotel again.

A really short walk to town centre where the coffee and food will blow your mind. The walk back up the hill helps burn a few calories after the pizza, pasta and beer! We will be back with my family without a question. Apart from the accommodation I have fallen in love with Bormio. Honestly my favourite part of Italy.

Excellent boutiquie hotel in the herat of Livigno. Nice and modern rooms, big bathrooms. The spa and pool area is nice and clean. The hotel has a private garage under the building which is very convenient when traveling by motorcycle or car. Excellent breakfast (especially for general Italian standards), hospitable and professional staff. We loved this place and will stay there again.

Location of the hotel is really good, with ski lifts, city centre and restaurants 5 minutes away. Alternatively, you have a bus stop 1 minute away from the hotel that can get you to all the other areas of the resort. Breakfast was really nice, overall it was a great experience.
