Boasting a private beach area and an outdoor swimming pool, Sea Rock Villa offers rooms a 5-minute drive from Bentota. The property has free Wi-Fi and a garden with BBQ facilities. We recently spent a few days at the villa, and overall, the impressions were positive. The villa is located in a quiet area, creating a tranquil atmosphere for relaxation. The villa's grounds were well-maintained, clean, and charming. We were particularly pleased with the availability of free sunbeds, mattresses, and towels, making beach time incredibly comfortable. The presence of a small restaurant on the premises, where dishes are prepared by a professional team of chefs, was also a delightful surprise. Delicious food is an essential aspect of a fulfilling vacation. The room we stayed in, situated on the second floor, was spacious and cozy. The interior met hotel standards with a wardrobe, luggage shelf, mirror, bedside tables, and ample lighting. The large balcony with a view of the pool and the sea was especially enjoyable, adding an extra layer of coziness. It's worth mentioning the responsive staff, who make an effort to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. Breakfast at the on-site restaurant was also of a high standard – diverse and hearty, providing options to suit various tastes.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Maria. We had just booked for one night, which we changed to two nights as soon as we arrived. Built to a very high standard with big modern rooms of 5* quality with big terraces. Great WIFI connection and speeds.

Välibasseini, tasuta privaatse parkimise, aia ja ühise puhkeruumiga Ayubowan Swiss Lanka Bungalow Resort asub Bentotas, 400 meetri kaugusel Bentota rannast. Perfect stay! We enjoyed quiet and beautiful nature. Rooms are spacious. Nice pool and beach nearby. Staff was very professional and polite, very helpful and friendly. We had great meals, very delicious, fresh fish and prowns -the cook is high level copliments! Breakfast was also very good! Service 5* hotel Also if you need they have a driver for daily trips or transfers. If we return to Bentota, our favorite place in Sri Lanka, we would choose the same place to stay!

We absolutely loved this hotel. Out of all the hotels we stayed in for a month in Sri Lanka we liked this one and one other hotel the best. We got the room at a reduced rate online and the value for money was exceptional. The property has small number of rooms yet has so much space and so many sitting areas. The gardens and decor are really nice. The pool was really nice and clean. The beach area is really nice to walk and clean, really great beach for walking and just ten minutes walk on beach to main area. The rooms are really nice, very large, very clean, great bed and linen and areas to sit and big balcony with very comfortable seating. The bathroom is large and good. The bathroom is a bit open but they put mosquito prevention items etc and there weren’t any mosquitoes as they fumigate but would be easier if they just put flyscreen in bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. The property feels very luxurious and intimate. The dinner menu was limited with western food only that was very formal and no snacks etc. It is understandable to have limited menu because at the time we stayed there were only three groups of guests. However there are many eating options in Bentota so there was no problem at all, the place across the road was cheap and cheerful and Nova Seafood was really, really good.

The hotel is obviously old and a bit expensive, but the service and overall value is exceptional. Turn down service, G&T cocktail hour, tea time, and tours of the iconic estate make it well worth it.

Selavi Resort asub maalilise Bentota jõe kõrval ja kaitstud soolase veega mangroovide varjupaigas, kaunist Bentota rannast ja Bentota kesklinnast 2 km kaugusel. Very nice, cosy and calm place. you will get a great view over the Bentota River for time of your breakfast and great service of the local staff. This is especially good for family with kids (like us, we are five )because these are two separate bungalows with a nice garden.
