Tishan Holiday Resort is located in Bendiwewa in the region of Polonnaruwa, it features a year-round outdoor pool and sun terrace. Guests can enjoy meals at the restaurant. Our room was extremely clean and that seems to be rare in Sri Lanka. There was no humidity marks at all in our room. The outside pool area is just so beautiful. The pool is super clean, went for a great swim. The property is surrounded by rice fields and has plenty of wildlife.The rooms are a little out dated but thats ok since everything else is great and clean. Plenty of workers trimming plants and cleaning property. Breakfast buffet also was great. Definitely recommend if you are in the area.

Situated in Polonnaruwa, 48 km from Pidurangala Rock, Kithmi Resort features accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a restaurant. We most liked that the owner is so passionate about his resort. He loved to show us around in his beautifull garden and everything in the resort is thought of and well functioning. The sister of the owner is an excellent cook and she makes a great Sri Lankan breakfast. Each day a bit different but always delicious and plentifull. Same holds for the optional dinner. Owner also has good deals and friendly and knowledgeable friends for excursions to the temples and Sigiriya and safari. We left to see other places but actually we didn't want to leave this little paradise.

This is a very nice hotel in Polonnaruwa . The location is central and the service is excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful in arranging excursions for us.

Giritale Hotel is located in the Ancient City of Polanaruwa, overlooking the beautiful Giritale Lake. It features scenic views with an outdoor pool, a restaurant and rooms with air-conditioning. Fantastic experience at Giritale Hotel. Staff, especially Mr. Thushan, made my family and I feel so welcome. It's not easy traveling with an infant, but at Giritale Hotel we felt like family!

We arrived early enough in the morning and the room wasn't ready. But the guys got together and had a room ready for us very quickly ☺️. As we were travelling by TukTuk we were able to check in and leave our belongings. In the evening we had a lovely swim in the pool follow by tasty dinner and good few glasses of wine 🤣🤣 Highly recommend this place. Rooms are very spacious with beautiful view of the lake. And if you are lucky enough, you can see elephant walking by 😄

Situated in Polonnaruwa, 49 km from Pidurangala Rock, Hotel Anaulundawa features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. this was best last minute booking i ever made . The place was super clean and Spaciouse;my entire family loved the place. We stayed for two nights . The propaty is under construction i feel it has very bright future and guest gonna love the place with the future change .

Cleanliness, high quality services provided by all the staff, very caring and efficient manager, excellent food, comfortable bed and nice fluffy pillows, as well as tea making facilities, and the low room rate. Without any doubt we received very good value for the miney we spent. In particular, Kumara, the manager of Summer Haven, did everything possible to satisfy the customer needs without any delay. He provided an excellent service as a manager. We will definitely stay at Summer Haven on our next visit, and will also spread the word among our friends.

Beautiful and well-maintained area. From the terrace there is a magnificent view of the rice fields. Clean and spacious apartments. Very nice and welcoming hosts who can prepare a delicious breakfast and book a safari for you.
