Situated 100 metres from Risør’s coast, this sailing-themed design hotel offers individually decorated suites with a maritime library and a balcony or a patio. WiFi and private parking are free. Everything was perfect, from the location to the history to the facilities to the food to the service. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here!

Housed in a building from 1873, this hotel is found in Lillesand’s picturesque harbour. Rooms offer a mix of old-world charm and modern comforts such as flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi. Due to a snow storm we were unable to make it to the boat in Kristansand and this was our luck. We were able to add 2 more bonus days to our holiday at the last minute. And a bonus was the stay at the very friendly hospitable hotel Lillesand for sure. Stayed 2 nights in the suite in the quaint, kest-decorated picturesque village of Lillesand. Highly recommended.

Located in Arendal, 21 km from The Ibsen House, Fengselshotellet provides accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking and a terrace. We absolutely loved our stay here. The location is very authentic, the staff very friendly and knowledgeable about the local events. The kids were having a great time as well, with the treasure hunt and gameroom!

Fantastic restaurant with wonderful local fare - moose, local trout (best I have ever had). Attentive staff, great sitting areas for relaxing this is a luxury facility.

Set by the seaside in the picturesque Risør town centre, Risør Hotel offers free Wi-Fi and room with a flat-screen TV and private bathroom with bath or shower. Risør Aquarium is 50 metres away. The room was lovely, warm and really clean. The breakfast was delicious, especially the crispy bacon and eggs! The reception was lovely but as it was quiet season it was only open to allow us to check in. The location is wonderful, right on the water and close to bars and restaurants.

Located by the Byglandsfjord, this hotel offers a private swimming area, terrace and boat rentals. Wi-Fi and parking are free at Revsnes Hotel. Fantastic breakfast included for early or late starters. Had a lovely buffet dinner the night we arrived and cold beer. Tea/coffee facilities available in foyer and room. Games room with many games, and large public lounge room. Interesting Norwegian historical items scattered throughout the hotel. Norwegian country decor. Very quiet at night. Lovely pier to sit over fjord at night.

Set within 5 minutes’ drive of Hovden Ski Centre & Water Park, Hovdestøylen offers rooms and self-catering apartments with free WiFi, flat-screen TVs and sofas. Everything was so beautiful, the whole room was gorgeous and all the staff were so nice and patient with me and my familiy, i'm pretty sure ill be back soon to repeat the wonderful experience, thank you for the great service!

Bykle Hotell is located in the heart of Bykle, 26 km from Hovden Ski Resort. It offers free Wi-Fi internet access in public areas and free private parking. Lovely hotel with a lot of atmosphere. The food is excellent and contains great local products. Staff is friendly and helpful; advising local beer, local trout and helping out withe the waffles. Love it.
