New in 2019, this 5-star boutique hotel is ideally located on Victoria Street in the city of Christchurch, among a variety of cafes, restaurants and bars. The location was good for walking. The hotel has a very good restaurant. The room was nicely equipped for people traveling with a small cooking area and coffee. Sam at the front desk was amazing!

Your motel was the best place we’ve ever stayed!! Loved it!!! It was crazy storm around Canterbury on the day and we were the only one luckily got to Twizel and they updated the accommodation for us. So flexible and open mind compared to posh stingy hotel in Chch. Also they were happy for our new kitten to stay and he loved it!! Thank you so much for been so lovely to us!! The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed the space and variety of places to sit to read when not distracted by the view. The weather all over NZ was atrocious, so we went with plenty to keep us entertained, but none of it needed. While the rest of Canterbury shivered and dealt with the rain and gale force winds, we strolled about Akaroa spotting birds and enjoying mild winter sun.

We booked a cabin for 3 nights. Us and our 2yr old and 4yr old. The cabin was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It has a lovely little deck area then onto a lawn which was perfect for the children. A playground in the main camping area also fab. Toilets and showers really close. Everything was clean and the owners are lovely. We had such a great time.
