In regards to our stay, we liked the staff, always smiling and willing to help. We liked our greating with the ice-tea and the fact that one staff walked us to our room. The food and cocktails were delightful! The room that we had was fantastic, amenities were great, the view was spectacular of the ocean, beautiful garden, swimming pool was a wonder, plus we had our own private pool which was lovely:)

This waterfront hotel has ocean views and is 35 km from Saint-Denis. It offers air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen TV, massage treatments an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. The location and hotel atmosphere is unique and service/restaurant were excellent. The best spot to swim and amazing views on the ocean. Definitely worth a visit!!!

Boutik Hôtel 2A er staðsett við ströndina í Saint-Gilles les Bains, nokkrum skrefum frá Plage de Boucan Canot og 1,1 km frá Grand Fond-ströndinni. We stayed in August, during the peak of whale season, and absolutely delighted in the experience of seeing whales close to shore almost constantly from our room and from the pool deck. Swimming in the pool while watching wales at sunset was pure heaven. Also, the deluxe room is very comfortable and well-appointed, and it left me wanting nothing. Having underground parking was very convenient. Breakfast was full of diversity and always well stocked. Super easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Really excellent hotel!

Hôtel les Bougainvilliers is situated within a 5-minute drive of Saint-Gilles-les-Bains, 400 metres from the beach. Free WiFi and free private parking is available on site. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Its a family owned business with great facilities and a very nice location. This is rounded up by a very helpful staff, they speak english and french (for what we know, maybe more languages as well). The pool is great, with a perfect temperature - not to cold and not to hot. As well as the "apero" area and its attached kitchen which will provide everything for a great cooking. Because of the location of this hotel, which is at the coral reef, they have snorkling equiment for free, this was a really great addition to our stay! So to sum it up, i would recommend this hotel to everyone who visits the island the first time!

Situated 300 metres from the beach, Hotel Ylang Ylang is located in Saint-Gilles-les Bains and features an outdoor swimming pool, garden and terrace. Free WiFi access is available. Nice hotel with a personal touch due to its owner. Nice yard with exotic plants where you can enjoy breakfast and a refreshing pool. Nice rooms. Ca 15 min walk to the beach of les roches noires.

Hotel De la Plage er staðsett í göngufæri frá Roches Noires-ströndinni, verslunum og smábátahöfninni. Það býður upp á verönd og ókeypis WiFi. Everything was beautifully done. Lovely colours and had everything that I needed. The owner was always around and very helpful and friendly. I would love to come back!

Latitude 21 is located in Saint-Gilles-les-Bains, just a 6-minute drive from Roche Noire Beach and the Reunion Aquarium. It offers a tropical garden, sea views and a swimming pool. Warm welcome by helpful and friendly staff at the reception. Clean bedroom with large balcony (table and chairs) overlooking the pool and beautiful surrounding countryside : plantations, mountains and sea.

Doté d’une piscine extérieure chauffée la moitié de l’année, d’un magnifique point de vue, et d’un restaurant, l’établissement Les Aigrettes se trouve à Saint-Gilles-les Bains, à 10 minutes à pied de... The room was really comfortable with a closed balcony. The bed was a big one and we were amazed by its width. The pool is a nice heated one and the entertainment was top during the week end. The breakfast was excellent!
