We thought we had booked a 2 bedroom suite, but it actually had 3! Lovely kitchen, two bathrooms, dining area, and living room with a gas fireplace! This suite can hold up to 6 adults easily. We agreed; however, for the 8 hot August days we spent there, the AC was 100% working and very cool, the outdoor pool was available every day, the indoor pool and hot tub were fully operational, and there was no significant late-night or early morning noise. For us, it represented excellent value for money We also appreciated that room service did a great job!

When we arrived, this is not what all of us is expecting!! it is the expectation versus reality thing, it is the opposite and I said to the staff, this is not the picture of Okanagan Seasons Resort where you put on your website.
