very modern and the very very clean hotel. the entire staff is friendly and helpful. We could feel the real greek hospitality to it‘s max. The BBQ dinner is exceptional as well as the Moonlight Restaurant. The Beach is clean and well organized very good to swim, cristalclear water . We had an outstanding Experience/ Vacation there. I highly recommend this hotel. Food was various and the food Quality was good

We booked this place last minuet and was treated to a lovely family room with a beautiful pool view everything was just perfect Our bar lady Camelia who works her socks off at the pool bar is a credit to the hotel so so nice couldn’t do enough for us beautiful person The fact we could use literally everything between the breeze and the imperial Was just a wow factor for me the hotel is beautifully insane so much to do so much to eat and drink at any time of the day the cocktails are gorgeous , all of the staff were friendly no matter where you were I just loved it and will definitely be back one day 10000% ❤️😊🇬🇷

Hotel location in Kiotari, Rhodes. Very nice hotel with two salty swimming pools and one swimming pool with chlorinated water near hotel lobby and main entrance. Very professional and friendly two persons at the reception desk: Man at the reception and Lady from Mitsis Friends Club at the reception. I do recommend both staff members. Very good check-in experience thanks to aformentioned Mr at the reception and also, thanks to Mrs from Mitsis Club reestablished nice experience and saved our last day of our stay on Jul 15th (departure day), despite of last day unexpected late check-out service cancelation (see below). Also nice and friendly staff in hotel restaurant. Friendly maid staff, too. I do recommended all hotel restaurants with very nice, professional and very friendly staff. Five restaurants: main one and additional four: Greek, Italian, Asian and Mexican cuisine. Safe bridge connection over busy road to hotel beach, and also available hotel shuttle to the beach. Walk way from hotel to sea side is thro Mistis Maris hotel, so it is very safe for children since both hotels are connected and under security guidance. Very professional and friendly Ladies from Kids Club, especially one form Greece and two from Poland I do recommend.

Mitsis Matis Rodos is a fantastic hotel. John from guest relations especially organized everything really well for us. First time, he did so in June. And now the second time, in October. We travel a lot. But we can come across such a team very rarely. We would like to come back to this hotel time and time again. At the reception, Mika is very professional. She found the best room for us. The food is also amazing, which is thanks to their great chef. The waiters were amazing and very friendly. A lot of different nationalities work together in the stuff yet they remain extremely friendly and work as a team. We especially want to note the great work of John. Without this person, I’m sure the hotel will lose out on a lot. The housekeeping was also next level.

The hotel is very big and beautiful. Variety of pools choice. The activity pool was my favorite and in big part because of the animation team and the bartenders there. They had many activities during the day and at night you can go to the amphitheater and enjoy one of the shows. I was never bored during my stay there. The food is also very good and you can reserve specific restaurants in the hotel.

Great resort for a family vacation! The best was the private pool, which our boys immensely enjoyed! The seaside/ocean beach was also nearby whenever we wanted:-) Great and pleasant staff, good food and a calm atmosphere. Perfect place for our yearly rest and relaxation! Highly recommendable!
