EVERYTHING!!! The room was spotless, I am very picky and I loved coming back after a hard day on the beach, to a beautiful room. The staff, particularly Sofia, the manager, are so friendly, they make you feel so welcome and nothing is too much trouble. The pool, the beach and the restaurant are all excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel, it made our stay in Chania all the more special. If I return to Chania, which I hope I do, I will definitely stay at this hotel. I really can’t say enough, I travel often, and I can say this is one of the best places I have ever stayed because of the staff, the location and the beautiful room.💜💜💜

The hotel was a real highlight of our one-week stay in Crete! Everything was just amazing. Upon arrival we (my husband and I) were told that our room in Porto Platanias Village Resort was upgraded to a superior suite with private pool in another hotel of this hotel network - Porto Platanias Beach Luxury Selection. This was a surprise to us! Our room was very spacious and clean with a nice terrace, which had a table, armchairs, small sofa, a private pool and four sunbeds. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was just beyond our expectations. The buffet was diverse, the food - delicious, and the seaview from the restaurant's window was really breathtaking. Everyday we were looking forward to our meals:) We would definetely recommend this hotel for a holiday stay!

First of all our room was upgraded. It’s connected to the beach so you can choose the pool or the sea. The breakfast area is lovely next to the pool or the roof terrace which over looks the beach, it’s a nice way to start off the day. It’s just off the Main Street but is so quiet. The staff can’t do enough for you. The rooms are cleaned every day - which you can also opt out of. There’s two different pools on each side of the complex. Plenty of sun beds. Little shop on site. My girlfriend had a cake delivered to our room on her birthday which made her day (thank you)! It was just what we needed!

We really liked the hotel staff-friendly, polite and lovely people. Thank you for hosting us so perfectly. The food was nice- our favorites were lunch and dinner🍽️😍 Cocktails were amazing and barmens super cool. Loved the animation team. Totally nice time in this hotel.

We loved absolutely everything. Family room has lots of space, resort is beatiful, pools are big, lots of sunbeds, lovely beach, food is superb! Lots of choiches and great variety for vegetarians. Crew is really attending and friendly. Felt quite private and not crowded. Lidl is next door if you need something. Loved our stay and regret that we didn't prolong it.

We liked the location , at the beach. No fuss about sunbeds, plenty for guests. Also privar sunbeds at the beach and supersize towels. We loved the quietness after 2200 no noise. Family friendly and clean. Location at platanias perfect. We will reccommend this place and definately come back.
