Location is really good but you need to know that you need to go down like 180 stairs, for us was ok to do that because the place is more than worth it. Staff always friendly and helpful. The beach is beautiful and there are a couple of restaurants to enjoy a beer/coconut and delicious food.

Everything was just exceptionally perfect during our stay at Jumeirah! We started our honeymoon there and were just so amazed with the staff and our villa! The facility is very modern and new, which is not surprising considering that they opened the doors to guests 5 months ago. We had very personal and pleasant treatment from the check-in until the check-out. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and not afraid to go the extra mile for their guests (e.g. we saw the beautiful chapel as a spot for romantic dinner but due to ongoing construction for the 2nd restaurant it was not available. Notheless they prepared a really nice 5 course dinner with private waiter, romantically decorated in another beautiful place). Although the hotel is quite isolated, the food and drinks at the restaurant are superb and in a good value balance. As mentioned they are about to open a 2nd restaurant and it is not necessary to leave the resort or even your villa (room service is fast and food is still super hot upon arrival). As if that wouldn't be enough they top their offer with an E-Butler service that can be reached via WhatsApp 24/7 - they will react quick, are helpful and organize everything! The cleaning and turndown service are flawless and inuntrusive. The pools are private and ours was also sheltered with garden view which made it perfect. We travel a lot but the experience with Jumeirah was by far the best one we made. Would come back anytime! Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience!
