We were at this resort in December 2021 when they were only 7 months old. It was great but the food was just OK and the pool service wasn't great. BUT........our stay this time was incredible. All of the food and new restaurants are incredible. The pool staff each day was super attentive, getting us custom orders that were not on the menu. I enjoyed my experience in this hotel - the staff was friendly and helpful, food was always fresh, all facilities were always clean. I didn't go to the beach as it didn't look like the beach you would normally spend your vacation on (big waves, zero people around, but someone can actually like it :) the "adults only" concept of the atmosphere had additional value for me, having the quite atmosphere. I would say that this is where people are looking for relaxation, not crazy partying :) We arrived early in the morning and were invited by enjoy all benefits (restaurants, pools etc) before the check-in with no additional payment.
