The staff and the overall design, layout and environment/scenery, were simply better than great. have travelled a lot and they exceeded my expectations and also have daily activities for children and parents alike. It is obvious they care about their property and profile but more so care about their patrons. I will be back with friends for a longer stay within the year. Free breakfast fantastic and diverse not to mention yummy; other lunch/dinner menus both drink and food great+. thank you for a very happy time with my new wife.

The Cebu Shangri la made our 6 days stay so comfortable and never gets tired of being there. We never left the resort, but enjoyed local food, drinks, music and the nature. They had best location of snorkeling just by the hotel. I think it would be really hard to find better beach resort after this hotel. The resort was super clean, had best service and smiles of the hotel stuff was unforgettable.

I loved the location! Beautiful view! The restaurant was on the 4th floor with stunning views! A lot of food options. The staff was always available to assist with room service or make arrangements for transportation to & from airport /town/site seeing (price extra) We arrived late (after closed) and we were greeted at the door and everything was explained to us! They offer scuba diving-we didn’t use! We loved location so much we wanted to stay another day but they were sold out! 45 minutes to airport Wifi good Pool and ocean!

Sir Glenn thank you for everything.( the Cebu chorizo, how can I forget! 👌 Always a very satisfying massage @ The Spa. Rochelle,is the best! ( See my spa photos with Rochelle) You better book your appointment! The best massage ever. Felt like I was walking over the clouds afterwards.(if that’s how it feels🥰) I went multiple times.

The territory is amazing! I haven’t seen anything like this before! The saltwater lagoon that is open 24 hours is a great option! The staff is always there for you, so nice and friendly ! And the breakfast really surprised us) every day there are different kitchens of the world (Mexican, Chinese, Italian etc). You can always find fresh fruits and juices and homemade bakery) we faced some challenges with the bank card during check in, but the staff handled the situation great and even upgraded the room category due to the inconvenience. Breakfast was not to my liking, however other restaurant options on the territory are quite nice. Fresh coconuts were really a highlight to the stay as well as amazing SPA-experience. We also liked activities at the beach: snorkelling, water sports, etc. Beach itself is not too big, but clean and cozy. It's fun to watch and have a possibility to feed fish directly from the coast. Thanks for having us!

We also used the private beach resort of the hotel to which they have a shuttle service. (Is no sand beach however). We could also deposit some luggage in the hotel without any problem. Salute to the housekeeping staffs as they are so hardworking and approachable. I like the design of the resort. Cultural but some rooms are a bit rusty. Our AC was leaking on the first night then on the third day it would not even get cold in the room. We let them know about the problem since day 1 but we are not fuzzy so we still stay in the same room but no one really followed up so anyways.

Great variation from day to day. One day I asked if the enchiladas contained pork, which they did and which I don't eat, so the helpful staff asked the chef to make a vegetarian enchilada for me. Overall 5/5. First time I had an early check-in in Cebu in 10 years (we arrived at 11 and the room was ready). Both pools and beaches are available during our stay. Our booking comes with a free kayak and other use of amenities as well. They also offer shuttle services but with additional charges. And foods served in their restobar are in big servings (good for sharing) and are presentable. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.
