I liked the location; I have stayed many times at the hotel. But this go around was poor. Our toilet kept clogging up the lady at the desk gave us a plunger, our floors were sticky and dirty, and the price was different than what was agreed. online it said $378 and when I checked in, I ended up paying $498. Front desk lady said I will have to talk to the manager. Manger finally called me on Sat at 12:22 after we checked out. Other than that, the resort was relaxing, just a few minor things.

Very comfortable bed, spacious room. Layout had a separate seating area. Very quiet once in your room. Location is great for a quick walk to a number of very good restaurants and coffee shops. Something for everyone close by. Staff was without exception very nice and helpful. No hidden fees/resort charges. Parking was easy and free. This was my second stay and I'd definitely choose the Northern next time I visit Billings.

The only thing nice I can say about this motel not resort in any way shape or form is the staff and I mean everyone I spoke to or said hello to as I walked past was very helpful or pleasant. The name in itself is a Bold false statement.
