The house is perfect if you travel with a group and want to enjoy some time in privacy. The house has enough space for everyone and the pool is lovely. The beach is about a 3 minute walk and the supermarket is next to the accommodation. I would recommend the house to anyone. The market/centre takes about ten minutes with the taxi, which but you won’t miss this during the day as the house is satisfying enough to spend time in.

away from the noisy City center but still 5 minutes by bike (which they lend you for free) not a fan of motorbike myself so this was just perfect to get around hoi an and gave us the autonomy we wanted) this feel more like a home stay rather than a hotel, the host is really helping you on every request you may have for a tailor made experience. the price you pay for the value you get is just one of the best we had in Vietnam. I saw in the previous review people saying this was expensive because far from the city I completely disagree ! try to see how to get such a swimming pool, rice field view in such a quiet environment in the Center and think again ! The room is spacious and clean with a good view of rice fields. the food is also good (morning glory is recommended as well as the ban mi and the local noodle dish .. forgot the name, Quang noodle also good) the host also let us stay longer and enjoyed the swimming pool a bit more while waiting for the car she arranged to us for a reasonable price ! there is indeed a few roaster next to the hotel but it was really not an issue for us ! no ear plug or whatsoever needed.
