The supermarket and pharmacy are very near the hotel. We plan to go back next year!

The staff is very friendly. The activity consierges are ready to help. The room and the entire hotel is very comfortable. Our room was large. The bar in evenings is a nice place to sit, with live music and a library. Very good choice of teas and The surrounding nature is fantastic, especially the walking tour around the hotel (1 hour) The view from the hotel is spectacular.

Monte Pana Dolomites Hotel offers rooms with mountain and garden views. It includes a restaurant and mini golf pitch. Leaving the drive up to the hotel aside (rather challenging), the hotel is a GEM. Amazingly well situated, big rooms all with mountain views, super warm stuff, great food and drinks - all nicely priced, hiking paths on step away from the hotel, lifts one step and a half from the hotel.

Natur- und Aktivresort Reiterhof is located in Achenkirch in Tyrol. It features 1 indoor pool and 2 outdoor pools with views of the Alps. Lake Achensee is 4 km away. Free parking is provided. I have not seen this much variety of food for breakfast for a while. The dinners were on par with a ny top restaurant.

When we arrived the our room wasn't what we expected as we had booked with a young baby in a cot. While I fully understood that all rooms weren't going to be exactly what we saw in the photos the fact we were putting a cot in the room meant it not ideal. (The room was perfect for any other travellers without a cot). I asked the staff was there anything they could do and we were looked after amazingly and got a room shape that was more suited for a young baby. They were fantastic.

Družinsko letovišče v dolini Puster ponuja wellness na 1200 m². Iz notranjih in zunanjih bazenov lahko gostje občudujejo panoramski pogled na gore. The resort was very close to the ski area and it had a beautiful mountain view. The staff was very kind and resourceful, and the spa area was very clean. The dinner was amazing, with the menu being set you still get options to choose from but without a doubt each meal was carefully thought through and cooked to perfection. The desserts were Michelin worthy, and the waitress was kind enough to bring us an extra dessert when we asked. All in all a very relaxing and enjoyable environment.

Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. Excellent hotel with beautiful facilities and amazing service. I forgot a wallet with documents and credit cards in the room safe and the staff did everything they could to get the wallet to me in a train station that was more than one hour away. Very attentive staff through out our stay too.
