The accommodation will provide you with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a minibar. The staff is very friendly. The activity consierges are ready to help. The room and the entire hotel is very comfortable. Our room was large. The bar in evenings is a nice place to sit, with live music and a library. Very good choice of teas and The surrounding nature is fantastic, especially the walking tour around the hotel (1 hour) The view from the hotel is spectacular.

Parking is free, and there is direct access to the Dolomiti Superski and the Sella Ronda ski slopes. Leaving the drive up to the hotel aside (rather challenging), the hotel is a GEM. Amazingly well situated, big rooms all with mountain views, super warm stuff, great food and drinks - all nicely priced, hiking paths on step away from the hotel, lifts one step and a half from the hotel.

Charging stations for electric vehicles are also available. When we arrived the our room wasn't what we expected as we had booked with a young baby in a cot. While I fully understood that all rooms weren't going to be exactly what we saw in the photos the fact we were putting a cot in the room meant it not ideal. (The room was perfect for any other travellers without a cot). I asked the staff was there anything they could do and we were looked after amazingly and got a room shape that was more suited for a young baby. They were fantastic.

The relaxation area features heated water beds and a selection of fruit juices and herbal teas. The resort was very close to the ski area and it had a beautiful mountain view. The staff was very kind and resourceful, and the spa area was very clean. The dinner was amazing, with the menu being set you still get options to choose from but without a doubt each meal was carefully thought through and cooked to perfection. The desserts were Michelin worthy, and the waitress was kind enough to bring us an extra dessert when we asked. All in all a very relaxing and enjoyable environment.

WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . Excellent hotel with beautiful facilities and amazing service. I forgot a wallet with documents and credit cards in the room safe and the staff did everything they could to get the wallet to me in a train station that was more than one hour away. Very attentive staff through out our stay too.
