Featuring a bar, AL FARO Cosmio Hotel Palawan offers accommodation in Busuanga, 42 km from Maquinit Hot Spring and 37 km from Mount Tapyas. Absolutely stunning hotel in the most idyllic location. A real paradise. We stayed 4 nights and I was a bit worried we would start to feel too isolated by the end but actually I could happily have stayed a full week. The food is generally a good quality with a lot of different types of options- we had lobster, paella, grilled fish which were all delicious as well as good snack-y options at lunch. The views and sunsets are magical and the massages were pretty good- we had one every day. Staff are lovely. We didn’t do any tours from there as we had done them in the earlier days of our stay in the town centre but they offer all the main ones and, again in hindsight I would have skipped staying in town and done the tours from this hotel instead. Honestly, especially for the price, this is one of the best places I’ve stayed I loved it. It’s not necessarily luxurious, but the location and relaxing vibe are unbeatable and the bungalows are very private so you really feel switched off from the world when you’re there.

La Natura Resort has an outdoor swimming pool and features rooms with a balcony offering views of the garden. Free WiFi access is available throughout the property. We arrived here after a horrible experience in a hotel in El Nido, and couldn’t be more grateful for La Natura. The place itself is a perfect calm oasis, pool area is lovely (even because there are no beaches close-by so it’s perfect to relax), the room is spacious and comfortable and the food in the restaurant was delicious. But what really makes the difference here is the family that runs it. They will make you feel so welcomed and cared for. They helped us with everything we needed help with, with a smile. Do yourself a favour and stay here if visiting Coron. Yes you are not in the city center, but honestly, in Coron, you don’t want to be (it’s not a particularly pretty city center). Plus it’s very easy to get everywhere with a scooter. We just wished we could have stayed longer! Grazie!! :)

You can also take a walk across the sandbar at low tide to Bulog Dos Island and get your guide to tell you more and take photos for you, some of the staff are very talented with using iPhones so be sure to seek them out to get your postcard perfect shots. Also, the waters are full of marine life from baby sharks to stingrays and each time you pop in the clear waters is quite an experience to be surrounded by tropical fish. Overall, with blue sunny skies, you’ll feel in paradise and if you’re looking to stay anywhere in Palawan when in Coron, this is the place for you.

Situated in Coron, 700 metres from Dicanituan Beach, Zuri Resort features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a terrace. Breakfast selection was awesome! Variety and cleanliness on point 👌 Housekeeping was 5 start as well. The only comment was the front desk.. they panic easily. A little bit of organization goes a long way. Rooms, location 👌 food at the bistro was good, and waiters are always smiling. It's definitely the place to stay in Coron. ❤️

Located in Busuanga, 47 km from Mount Tapyas, Cocovana Beach Resort provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Staying at Cocovana was one of the highlights of our Palawan trip! The staff were so friendly and the room was super comfy and facing the ocean! There was even a bathtub on the balcony! It was also really easy to meet other travelers by the pool. I definitely recommend!

Bacau Bay Resort Coron is a 4-star resort located in Coron, 1.8 km from Mount Tapyas and 2.5 km from Coron Town Proper, boasting of an outdoor swimming pool, an on-site restaurant, and free WiFi in... The property is really nice, the room was comfortable, staff was super nice and did everything to help us with our requests, breakfast was great.
