This property is located a short distance from attractions such as Spartak Stadium and Saint Panteleimon Monastery. the hotel is not the newest, but the rooms are great, the breakfast is nice, the staff at the reception (everyone I met there!!) is exceptional in the information they provide and the way they go to make you feel comfortable. the pool is great (and now a bit off-season mostly empty). the location is a bit up the hill from the beach, but you get free tickets to ride the (pretty cool, small, old) cable car down to the beach and back up, along with a ticket to the private beach area (with an outdoor pool in summer). Not too many restaurants around, but there is У Ангеловых in walking distance, which is amazing.

Excellent breakfast, kind personnel (probably except the security guy from swimming with dolphins who could improve his approach to clients), clean and spacious rooms, excellent terrace view).
