I never expected this ranch to be perfect and it was. Cabins are beautiful and cozy, super clean. Originally this should be only place to sleep because we are kind of peoples who wake up early coming back late to sleep and don’t care about anything else, but here since we arrived we know it will be different. Breakfast was included in a price which is always good option but I didn’t expect much and this was first suprise. Excellent hot breakfast, so many options to choose. After first breakfast we decided to add dinners as well and this was great decision, food is delicious and portions are huge. There are horse rides as well and is worth to book them as well, especially sunset rides. This is the place where we will be back and will definitely recommending to our friends

This lodging property is located 28.9 km from Yellowstone National Park and the Town of West Yellowstone. Nordic skiing, ice fishing and snowmobile trails are located nearby. Very modern, nice looking bungalows, really close to West Yellowstone. Check-in after the opening hours was not a problem. The views around the lake are fabulous.

This lodge is 5 minutes’ walk from the Whitefish Lake Golf Club. A free shuttle to downtown Whitefish, the Amtrak station, and the airport is available. The lodge feel, the golf course view, outdoor space and fire pit. Pet friendly. Logan’s restaurant was delicious. Large room with high ceiling.

Kandahar is an elegant, yet casual lodge surrounded by alpine splendor located at Whitefish Mountain Resort near Whitefish, Montana. The staff was amazing all the way from the front desk, to the shuttle drivers, to the hot chocolate and breakfast staff, and cleaning people. Such a great trip - they made up feel like we were at home. We just booked our next trip with them in Feb 2025 (and this time we are bringing more family with us).

Staff was the best through out the stay. Great amenities. Huge room for two people. I stayed in the summer so it was quiet and serene. Enjoyed the stay very much. Highly recommended!
