Location


TheHotel was more focused on itself than on the customer. The shower leaked badly and staff entered our room without warning...this was very poorly handled and followed up.

Excellent location for visiting Borough Market which is a must see


Room was quite small, as was the bathroom, but it was clean and comfortable. Could maybe do with a bit of an update.

- Perfect location - Free wifi - Recently renovated lobby


- Rooms in serious need of upgrade - Moldy windows, bathroom - Impossible to shower without getting the entire bathroom wet (flooded actually)

Staff were efficient but also very helpfull and friendly. They had a very 'can do' attitude which made the stay very pleasant. Being able to leave the luggage safely at the hotel after booking out and so being able to enjoy our last day in London without being encumbered.


We had a standard room which was very comfortable and clean. the only downside was the shower which was over the bath. As the bath was high the stepping in and out felt very precarious. I would have preferred just a walk in shower.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming but unfortunately could not help us with the problem of no hot water in the shower.


Cold shower. We stayed two nights and had cold water through the shower on both mornings. In spite of reporting the problem it was not solved. Front office manager is investigating but we have heard nothing yet. Very disappointing.
