Easy to get to Heathrow from hotel and at least half the price of airport hotels. |

Drive in was good, appearance was great Inside was poor, unfriendly staff and room was very basic. Not worth £55 price tag. |

Lovely bedroom, helpful staff, lovely location (hard to find but very quiet) The pillow were too soft, lots of light through the door and the curtains, could here the neighbours, breakfast expensive for what it was. |

Entrance to grounds. Wifi was good. Ample parking Nothing nearby to do in evening (not even a pub within walking distance). |

Friendly staff Grand old period building Interior cheap, tacky and night clubby. Interior completely ruined, most period features have been removed. Huge and tatty marquee in garden. Amateurish but friendly. Seemed mainly greeted up for bargain basement weddings. Not suitable for business travellers especially on weekends with functions. |

Room too small. Internet not working properly. Looks like a half finished hotel. Curtains need to be changed as I was woken up when it started to get light outside. |

staff was helpfull... - my key stopped working all the time, I went through about 12 different key cards. Had to go to the reception countless times to get new key cards - wireless internet did not working any of the 3 days I was there. - breakfast is a joke, small portions, and you could kill someone with the croissants, they are that hard. Staff runs around as if it seems they don't have a clue how to run a hotel. The hotel is also very noisy. |
