The fact that no one lived on the premises and owners could only be contacted in emergency. The rooms at the front were very noisy with heavy traffic. Milkman arrived at 4.10am and traffic noise continued from then. We did change rooms for second night and found the back much quieter.Early breakfast not available Saturday morning, offered bread and a toaster left for us to use.	5.4
