Room was nice and warm Room was tired, marks on the walls, damage to ceilling from water leak above. We had not been resevered a table at the restaurent even tho we booked it when we checked in. Service was very slow, waited 20 mins for drinks after ordering. Food was average	5.4

A Scottish-owned hotel should know what smoked haddock should look and taste like.It was dried up and overcooked, totally unappetising.The melon at the buffet was unripe. Altogether a very amateurish breakfast.	6.7

The drinks were very expensive. The executive bedroom was a little small Couldn't pick up internet connection in our room and free wifi was not available	7.1

The staff did not seem to care. We had booked the executive and was suppose to get a bottle of wine and chocolates but on exit when we asked for it we were made to feel bad. We will be staying there again. The hotel us very nice but the staff is awful. There were other unhappy experiences but will not go into it. Yours very disappointed. Not much	4.2
