The house felt comfortable and relaxing, with everything that you would need as if it was your own home (including cooker, pots & pans, iron, hair dryer, washing machine and dryer). The layout was very nice and we didn't need anything other than our food supplies.


We would have liked to have hand towels and mop & bucket. Everything else was catered for

The apartments were very spacious and had all the amenities which was great


Nothing was at fault with the apartments but would re think the taxi services that you display on your desk as they rude and didn't know some locations which made us late

Flat was spacious and clean. It was pleasantly decorated and well equipped.


You have to pay extra for the parking and there is no choice as there is nowhere else to park. Also the flats are next to a community centre and it was very noisy at night.

People active in street very late. Hot water seemed to be an issue.

The apartment provided most things you would want in a “home away from home”. In addition, it was comfortable and spacious. It is close to Cabot Circus and the city. The service provided by Bristol Lettings Service was great.We received a couple of emails prior to our arrival confirming our reservation and also enquiring about the time we expected to arrive; as we were arriving outside of their usual office hours, we were provided with a telephone number to call just prior to our arrival. We were met by the manager / owner who ensured that we were orientated to the apartment and the area; he provided us with a map of the city, a contact number for the Letting Service and the number of a local taxi service. He came across as being genuinely interested in helping us navigate our way in and around Bristol, as we were from out of town.


Surprisingly... I can't think of anything without nitpicking!

Being able to check in outside normal hours. Convenient location.


Found it hard to lock the door. Fairly expensive for solo traveller.
