The room, the food, the helpfulness of staff Disabled access to street and restaurant is poor. The staff did their best with antiquated equipment but a proper customer-operated lift is needed. |

Nothing Away from the lobby which is very plush the place stinks. Rooms are small and shabby, plumbing is very noisey at night and wakes you up, staff in the bar are poor for service, bars everywhere if the place is less than full, £12 extra for a carpark which is a stoney empty space 100m from the hotel is ridiculous and not advertised, £2 to pay by c Card turned a cheap £48 room into a £60 rip off, roll on the next Premier Travel Inn (I am sorry I doubted you now) |

Ambience, nostalgic and amazing! Reception Desk staff were very nice . We ordered room service ( a continental breakfast) which didn't arrive, we indicated specific time as instructed and we waited and waited, very disappointed left hotel very hungry :( |

closeness to rail link, amenities nearby shopping/food outlets/galleries on this visit, room not very clean, old socks of previous customer found! on day 1 early morning call never materialised |

First appearance of the hotel, lovely grand building and very pleasant staff. The 'M' corridor which is hidden away and appears to be left behind any decoration or any standards the hotel has. |

some of the old features are good but it needs a revamp to mix modern comfort with old the staff are really nice professional and accommodating the bathroom with NO extractor so was quite smelly the dust everywhere especially on the lights |
