Vincent Solo traveler Ma On Shan, Hong Kong May 27, 2013	they let me stay for a few hours to wait for my next long distance bus. the hotel is beautiful but I didn't stayed in it for long that I was out to the colca canyon trip. internet working it is close to the street it can be very noisy. the room is cold and the water is not hot, so get your bath done asap.	7.1

Jane Mature couple WANAKA., New Zealand October 31, 2012	Beautiful Spanish style mansion with stunning decor. In a quiet neighbourhood. A very pleasant ten minute walk from the main plaza. Amazingly helpful and friendly staff, all with great English. Lovely comfortable and clean rooms, 5 star service. Changed our towels twice a day. Fantastic breakfasts in lovely rooftop dining room. Been the best hotel of our trip so far. A real treat to stay here. Would highly recommend.	10

It is located in a safe, clean, but vibrant area that is a short walk to the historic center of Arequipa. The staff is incredibly helpful. Without even asking questions, they provided recommendations and sound advice regarding restaurants, activities, and transportation. We needed transportation to Colca Canyon and they arranged a very cost efficient tour with an enthusiastic and very knowledgeable guide. We learned a lot on our trip as a result and were able to leave our large luggage pieces at Casa Arequipa, worry-free. There is a beautiful patio on the roof with a cute cactus garden and a great view of the volcanoes. Full of character, the people behind Casa Arequipa are pro's and know just what you need to make your stay in Arequipa splendid! Can't think of anything!	9.6
David Young couple Pembroke, Peru August 15, 2012	The most wonderful staff and hotel of our entire trip to Peru. The staff really went above and beyond, they helped us book trips, get taxis, get around town. We stayed at all 4 plus star hotels during our 2 weeks in Peru and not one of them could hold a candle to Casa Arequipa, the quaintness of the rooms, woodwork, and ambiance, blended sweetly with the family feeling the staff provided..we wish we could have stayed longer. No request was refused. The breakfast was set in a beautiful dining area overlooking the mountains. They prepared breakfast to your liking, and when all the " upscale" hotels turned their nose in the air to my request of only egg white omeletes,the staff here never batted and eye and prepared it the same way the next day for me as well. As well it's not buffet style, where rude pushy people are shoving like cattle to the trough, it is pleasant relaxed and peacefully. If we were to return to Peru we would ONLY staff here!,	9.6

Lo staff si dà da fare per superare qualsiasi difficoltà (mio marito aveva dimenticato lo zaino nel taxi, ma all'Arequipa hanno messo in moto tutte le loro conoscenze per rintracciare il nostro tassista: lo zaino ci è stato riconsegnato intatto il mattino successivo). La colazione è curata, gli ambienti ben arredati e molto gradevoli. Ci si sente e ci si muove come in casa propria.	8.8
