The hotel was handy to the centre of Dublin
I thought that the reception staff could have been more helpful. We were left to find our own way to our room. We were made to wait until exactly 2.30pm before being allowed to go to our room when checking in despite the fact that the room was ready before that. A lot of noise along the corridor outside our room late at night.
Quiet room. Good entertainment at the weekend.
Very small room. Step down into the tiny bathroom. Double bed small and lumpy. Only place to plug the kettle in was on the floor at the bottom of the bed. No bath and very small shower. Certainly not worth the money paid. Not much variety at breakfast.
Staff very attentive, comfortable beds, clean and very tidy, great location and food was good
Parts of hotel a little run down, paper peeling in room
We loved our short stay it was really good pity we couldn't stay longer hotel and staff was perfect we are very happy
food ok in cellar
computer and printer to use for checking inn excellent
bed not so comfy
noisy at front windows not double glazed
The hotel is in a quiet area but within easy walking distance of the city centre.
Breakfast is good, but the cellar bar is excellent! The live music is great & the atmosphere is terrific.
It's a very old hotel so the floors creak like mad. The ensuite in our room had a bath in it which meant the toilet was so squashed in I could barely sit down on it...
Customer service, location, food, drink, cleanliness, wi fi reception and excellent value for money.
Good sized room. Good choice at breakfast. Friendly staff.
Restaurant staff had difficulty understanding English.
bar and food and very clean
Location, any queries were dealt with straight away.
Overall cannot think of anything that we did not like
