I could not complain because I was already late for my event due to not able to locate hotel Dirty room. Only had cold water & couldn't enjoy my shower	3.3

The bathroom sink was the newest part of the room, or so it appeared by the material used. Very outdated place. It was very unpleasant to see the belongings of the family owners of the facility, jumbled and cluttered, in what appeared to be a garage (open, facing the entrance/exit of the rooms). The family also had a big dog that barked loudly for most of my stay. Towels, wash cloths, bedding, mattresses, etc. had very visible wear and tear - threads hanging terribly, discoloration, etc. It was a very windy, cold and rainy night the day I arrived but I was too afraid to turn on the air/heating unit because it was packed with tons of dust and the unit was in a window above where I slept. The shower curtain (plastic) was very old with two sizable holes in it. The tub filled with water as I showered. There were gaping holes around the tub's knobs and water sprayed out of them. The tub had dirt stains (probably not able to be cleaned entirely due to being old). The toilet was dirty. Faucet head on bathroom sink was wobbly and moved around each time I turned water on and off. The person who checked me out wasn't the same person who checked me in and he was not polite at all. I doubt that I'll ever return in this lifetime unless there is a total renovation and I will never recommend it to anyone else.	4.2

Anonymous Solo traveler United States of America April 23, 2013	Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very close to downtown San Antonio and felt relatively safe. I was able to ride my bike to downtown with ease. A total no-frills motel. The blinds were broken on the window so I wasn't able to open the curtain to let in natural light. Only light for the bed was a fluorescence that was on the wall, no table lamps. It didn't look like the pillowcases had been cleaned, when I turned back the sheets there were little hairs on them.	6.7
