- room size was very good for London - large bathroom, kitchen - very clean - very friendly staff - lounge with coffee/tea all day (to be payed) - gym/fitness area provided Only thing that I didn't like was the bed. Size is good, but quality could be better. |

Location and friendly staff Rooms were a bit small. Bathroom tiny and needed refurbishment. No where to plug a hair dryer in the bathroom. Room was not cleaned one day. |

Excellent location very centered around Covent Garden and Universities. Staff very helpfull. Underground Holborn for Heathrow at 2 mn walk. I specifically asked for twin beds when booked a Deluxe studio. Not only the double bed was very small but we had to be downgraded, with no change of price, to a smaller room to have twin beds. If I was been informed I would have changed hotel before my arrival! Also no daily cleaning service which is inacceptable, only change of towels and garbage cans because we were staying for 3 nights. Insonorisation is very bad and you can hear everything going on in the corridor during the night or early in the morning. |

Coffee device in breakfast hall 1. Toilet facilities (shampoo and so on) were not changed after being used during all my stay (5 days). 2. In the beginning of day of my arrival i had confirmed my last arrival and stuff asked me about requirement of extra bed for child as it was completed in my order. But on my arrival there were not extra bed in my room yet. 3. The lift (nearest to breakfast place) is in very dangerous condition - machine oil runs out from ceiling, doors closing with tinter. 4. Cards (i had 3 cards) became demagnetized 5 times during my stay, but it was in different places and separatedly from electronic devices |

location to covent garden, hotel was modern and had everything we needed.They had a room to leave our lugguage so we could still enjoy our last day. Staff were really helpful and friendly. |
