The staff here are really friendly and very helpful.
The food is good value for money too, with large portions and a good choice.
Although I slept well the room did get rather warm even with the window open and the fan on. The hotel is a bit dated in its decor but it is a charity run establishment, it was minor details that would make all the difference, a new shower hose in my room, one of the bulbs had also gone in the bathroom. All in all a very nice stay and with a lick of paint this place could be AMAZING.
Very clean and welcoming
Bed very uncomfortable
The staff and grounds.
So friendly and warm hearted we felt looked after.
Decor of hotel needs some investment.
Rooms need new beds and decoration
Stop smoke alarms flashing.
Location close to beach and town and good food
Liked all, served its purpose for what we required.
Decor a little tired but acceptable
We enjoyed a four night break. Staff really helpful. The entertainment in the evenings was great fun. Food really good. Would go back. Thanks for a great stay.
Location excellent friendly staff Good bed and good nights sleep, Tea, and coffee in rooms
Hotel furnishings and decor very tired and dated. Whilst we love dogs and are very respectful of the job they do in supporting the blind, feel they should be limited to one floor rather than the whole hotel as those of us without dogs were covered in dog hairs !
The indoor pool
Rotten and rattling window frame. Noisy road traffic below bedroom window
Only 100 yds from the sea front and set in large gardens the hotel is a great place to stay whether you are visually impaired or not
Lots of corridors were a bit of a pain
