It's so near the train station and a short walk to shops and bars in hull


No bin in your room had to use bathroom and no shower gels or soap to wash only hand wash .and there was only 1bedside cabinet had to use a chair

staff very helpful


Room needed new carpets,and decorated throughout.Wallpaper peeling off walls,carpets badly stained,curtain in bathroom shower had a terrible smell.Although bed comfortable and clean.

This hotel is in an excellent central location. 24hr reception & bar make it ideal for late travelers. They offer a good breakfast, which can be bought daily, so no need to pre-purchase. Log in to the free wi-fi, it works in all the hotel areas. Don't go with any pre-conceptions. Let the hotel win you over. It is what you pay for, cheap, cheerful, comfortable accommodation.


Parking! If you can get into the limited parking on the front, the spaces are very tight. There is parking around the corner at the Station car park, but this can be expensive.

Bathroom was very nice, clean and modern with plenty of space. TV option was great and good quality tea and breakfast available every morning Hotel was in a great location for the town centre, train station etc and was within walking distance of The Deep (where I was working for the deep). The staff were helpful and friendly for whatever asked.

Reception Staff real quick and helpful- got my reservation in literally 2 seconds and explained to me all in details! Very warm Welcome!


The breakfast staff could have looked smarter uniform wise and also the breakfast room could have done with a bit of music... it was a bit cold..

ROOMS NOW AT A BETTER TEMPERATURE ONLY THING THAT USED TO SPOIL THIS HOTEL IN THE PAST


COULD DO WITH A LITTLE EXTRA CLEANING AND UPDATING BUT GREAT FOR COST.WOULD NOT PUT ME OFF STAYING AGAIN.
