Very close to all amenities and easy to find.Staff were very friendly and welcoming First impressions from reception area are detrimental - in side hotel is much better than this impression belies. Constantly leaking tap over bath - bit off putting as toilet flush located in this part of the wall and unsure if would be bathing in cistern water!	8.8
