Rikki Family with older children London, United Kingdom May 2, 2013	rooms so thin - we heard neighbours going at it all night. Staff aren't very friendly. Only one guy was helpful. The rooms weren't ready on time and they kept asking to wait half an hour, another half an hour, another half an hour - very frustrating and staff were completely not apologetic, just acted as if you were wasting their time asking for a room. Honestly, I don't think this should be 4 star because it leaves a lot to be desired.	7.1
