When we arrived we found that we had not been booked in, but the staff was very helpful and managed to accommodate us. The breakfasts were excellent and the hotel warm and friendly. The fact that our booking did not appear on their register. |

I was met by the most delightful owner of the hotel. I had originally booked a double and was shown to a twin, i pointed the mistake out and he immediatley corrected the situation. The double was spacious, very clean with all the associated facilities you would expect in a well run hotel The Mutton Bhuna was as good as i have ever tasted and would recommend it. All in all i enjoyed the stay concluded by a excellant full English breakfast There were no negatives to the stay at The Dial House Hotel |

Our one night experience was seamless. Warm welcome, clean rooms, first class service, value for money, comfortable beds. Would recommend to anyone irrespective of budget. Can't think of anything! |

The staff were very helpful, there were plenty of them and they greeted us with a smile and were very polite. The room small but very clean and with good facilities. The breakfast excellent and with as much tea as we wanted and good quality bacon and sausages. The restaurant menu wasn't very varied and when in the bar it didn't seem often used as they had to disappear for ages to get ice or sparkling water. |

staff give a warm welcome and are very helpfull, they had stopped serving food when i checked in, but the manager wouldnt let me go to bed on an empty stomach so insisted he made me some food and it was excellent! |
