Location stayed before for trip to Pembrey race circuit. Food good , breakfast service good. Bathroom falling apart , toilet broken 1 sink plug did not work other sink taps falling off sink ! reported on the Friday night nothing done to sort either sinks or toilet. ! Whole hotel needs a large refurbishment or at least a big sort out of old bedrooms, litter outside was also poor as was the general cleanliness outside. |

Nothing particularly see comments on dislike Certainly not worth £110/night as breakfast not included. Travel lodge much nicer and cheaper. Rooms and decor dated. Full of noisy wedding parties. Spa not used as only open until 19.00pm on weekends but did not look very luxurious. overall disappointed. |

Good centre for exploring south Wales and the Gower peninsular. We chose this hotel primarily because it has a pet-friendly policy and we were allowed to take the dog in to sleep on his basket in the bathroom. As this was a leisure break with walking, we wanted to take our dog with us and rejected out of hand all the hotels listed which declared 'no pets'. Missed breakfast on the first day because unaware that it ended at 9 am. Most hotels serve breakfast until 10 am, and it would have been good to have been warned about this. Same dinner menu every night was a bit boring, and after three nights we had tried everything that appealed. If staying longer we would have gone out to dinner. |

staff and management well trained and as freindly as can be. Nothing was a problem for them. everything was fine except room was warm due to no A/C. - that's what you get in the U.K. ! |

Staff were friendly and attentive rooms faded and need a refurb, old TV with just 5 poor reception channels expect at least Freeview for £100+ room and doors thst fit the wardrobe, breakfast on second day was poor as more than 6 people turned up with bacon barely coooked and run out of eggs, not great considering expected £11 for this service... |

The staff were friendly and helpful Functions at llanelli are given preference over paying guests, who are due to shear numbers of people, unable to access some of the facilities;bar, veranda ect.We also had to endure a violent fight between function guests in the room next to ours.It started at about midnight and the comotion lasted several hours.I Complained at reception the followng morning ,but the staff member gave the impression of not being interested in our plight.During the next two days nobody approached us about the incident, giving the impression that they did not care.Even when we booked out we were not asked if we had enjoyed our stay.Best Western reputation ruined !!!!! |

It was convenient geographically and pet friendly.....vital as we were travelling to a dog show! The staff were excellant, the food was good and we enjoyed the spa and swimming pool. There was a wedding party taking place but we were not affected bt it. The whole of the hotel was a little too warm for us. |

The location although in the middle of Llanelli it was still quiet at night, the staff went out of their way to correct errors in the online booking. We booked a double room but were given a twin, the staff changed this without argument but the double room we stayed in was very tired, the bath was full of dirt and the shower curtain appeared to have spots of bloodstains on it. The false ceiling in the bedroom sagged badly and a lot of the tiles were stained, as it was very hot and could not adjust the heat in the room we had the windows open full, this meant that when the wind blowed strong all the tiles in the false ceiling flapped shaking dust onto our bed. |

The room was a good size and sofa was appreciated. Breakfast was good. No facilities for provision of food outside limited room service hours. |
