Excellent location between Euston and King's Cross Tube stations and St Pancras for national and international rail. Lots of restaurants nearby including a great Pret a Manger for healthy take-away salads, soups, sandwiches and coffee. Very busy but staff jolly and always keen to help. Excellent range for breakfast including an enormous cooked English breakfast but you should get down early as it gets crowded S.. Only half an hour free wifi. Not enough if you're a business traveller. After that you pay 10 pounds for 7 days per device. This is at all Premier Inns. A bit cheap when it's the biggest chain in uk at the moment. Surely they could afford to provide free wifi, especially for business travellers. |

Cancellation policy. We needed it. Breakfast excellent quality and value. There was no one checking us in to breakfast on Tuesday 14 May so it would have been possible for people to get breakfast without having paid. |

Clean room. Hair dryer situated near a mirror. Costa coffee downstairs. Good beds. We were in a triple room, which was good for space. X No fridge. Had to pay for safe in your room. Only soap dispenser at sink, no soap at bath. |

Our 14 hrs flight, touchdown London on Thursday 25 April 2013 at about 330pm. Our journey to the hotel was a pretty smooth one( Heathrow Express + Underground) but maybe a little work for me as I had to carry the loads up the notorious steps of the tube. Checking in was smooth. We didn't waste time and immediately left our hotel for our first day in London. I booked this hotel because of it's location near the King Cross Station. Plus the price is really reasonable. We're taking an early train to Newcastle on 27 April. I did not want to waste any travel time. I'm very petty when it comes to a good bed and my verdict is the bed and pillows were really comfortable. The shower was just ok. A stronger water pressure will be good. It's location was superb, nearby shops, eateries and of course public transportation (buses, underground, intercity rail). Even though I choose the hotel due to it's location, overall it was indeed a good choice. It'll definitely be one of my first few hotels in mind if I'm in London again. Ps: I did not try the breakfast, so I have no comments on it. Shower pressure did not meet my standard. No free wifi service. Wifi is pretty important to me and I feel to all travellers. So, the hotel should look into providing wifi in all areas including the rooms. |

Clean and location was ideal for my needs The room was warm at night and the only option for bedding was a duvet which made sleeping rather uncomfortably warm |
