cleanessness.staff most helpful and courteous.child friendly no air conditioning.fixed windows,ventilation not adequate.staff installed fan ,but still not good enough.regular curtomer for grandchildren visit,this visit cost too much . |

To be honest, I expected a clean, airy & comfortable stay but it was too a high an expectation I guess. I liked nothing at Holiday Inn!! The bed was too low, mattress was uncomfortable. There was no bath tub, only a tiny shower & the carpeting in the whole hotel was tired, dirty & dark. The wooden floors were squeezing when walking & the furniture & tv were tired in the room. The full english breakfast consists only of scrambled egg, scary sausages & beans which were served cold. |
