The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The rooms are located behind the reception building, helping to cut down on road noise. The other hotels in the area are right on the highways.

The staff were courteous and responsive to our needs. The rooms were comfortable, bathroom wasw clean and tv worked well.


We had to be moved to another room on the first of three nights because the hvac fan would not shut off when the hvac was turned off. Also, on the second day,the stopper in the bathtub would not close to run bath water. I scheduled a service call and it was handled the same day. On the third day, the code on our digital room keys was dropped on both keys which necessitated me to go to the office to have the keys reactivated. The staff was very helpful on each of the above occurrences.

Newer room was ok , staff was helpful. Would be good for dog shows as you could park right outside the room. Motel style with newer furnishings. Ok. Overall. Should be lower price.


I prefer a hotel lobby in the building this was an motel style drive up to room, and walk outside to lobby. Breakfast was not what I hoped for, some juice coffee, fruit, and muffins. Won't go back ,

The cleaning staff were extremely nice and the room was clean.


when we walked in our room it smelled like mildew. The bed was too close to the wall so it was difficult to get in and out of. There was plenty of room to move it over I am not sure why the room was set up this way. The room needed to be updated. There was a hole in the wall that they put a piece of wall paper over it instead of repairing it. The continental breakfast was adequate. Some adult cereal would of been nice.

Not Much Location was about it


Mattress was wore out. Slept poorly Room was to far from front desk. Very little to offer for breakfast. Coffee OK

A good, comfortable hotel for much less than other chain hotels that charge more for basically the same type of room.


The wifi was down, and I use it extensively while travelling. They were aware of the problem and appeared to be trying to get the service provider to fix it. It may have been storm related. Not your fault
