Staff were very helpful and friendly providing me with fresh milk for my room

Lack of vegetarian options in cooked breakfast - mushrooms, more than one choice of eggs, veggie sausages would have been appreciated

We were close to everything we wanted to see, tour bus stop is close so the rest of the city is easily assessable.

Nice hotel, clean comfortable rooms and the hotel is in the centre of the docks area where we wanted to be .

Breakfast area was a bit cramped and hence a bit crowded , we only ate our evening meal once in the hotel as the food looked and tasted like it had been reheated , my wife couldnt eat all hers .

The spacious and well thought-out rooms, and the friendly and helpful staff. This is a really pleasant hotel. (Sorry if this doesn't meet your odd requirement for a 200 character minimum).

The slightly off-centre location; the cramped and slightly industrial-looking breakfast area. (Sorry if this doesn't meet your odd requirement for a 200 character minimum).
